About the Retreat
This retreat, for people who are recovering from trauma and abuse, will offer insight into the healing process within a spiritual context. Participants will have the opportunity for healing through open discussion, sharing with others, and counseling. Dr. Lynette Danylchuk and Kim Kubal have many years of experience with the recovery process and will give their different perspectives on healing.
Discussions will include the five stages of the grieving process, from the denial of abuse to finally reaching the acceptance stage.
Healing tools will be given to release feelings such as shame, guilt, grief, self-hatred and abandonment of God instead of turning to self-abuse or addictions.
Explanations of various types of therapies to use during the healing process will be shared and, in particular, healing tools to nurture and love oneself. There will be quiet time as well as a healing service.

Strength To Heal offers hope, inspiration and healing for survivors of ritual abuse, satanic ritual abuse, mind control, torture, programming and sexual abuse. Ritual abuse is commonly repetitive abuse, which can be multi-generational and associated with ritual beliefs and practices. Our goal is to provide hope, inspiration, and healing for survivors of ritual abuse, satanic ritual abuse, mind control, torture, programming and sexual abuse by sharing survivor and caregiver stories, clinicians' helpful tools and comprehensive resources that the author has found helpful in her own recovery from ritual abuse. Ritual abuse is a brutal form of abuse of children, adolescents, and adults, consisting of physical, sexual, psychological and spiritual abuse, and the use of rituals, though not necessarily satanic. This website is based on the soon to be published book "Your Strength to Heal".
